Your First Checkup
When you arrive, we’ll greet you with a smile and give you a patient registration form to complete. Once you’ve finished, we’ll bring you back for your examination with the dentist. Dr Chahal will talk with you about any problems you may be having. Then we’ll take a full set of X-rays and perform a thorough examination, followed by your cleaning.
If we discover any problems, such as cavities that need fillings or other issues, your dentist will explain the problem and lay out her recommendations for treatment. Dr Chahal will answer all of your questions and offer options based on your needs and budget. Then we’ll take you back to the reception area to get you scheduled for your treatment.
Emergency Visits – Providing Care When You Need It the Most
If you’re coming in for an emergency, such as a severe toothache, a cracked or broken tooth or other dental emergency, we will tailor your exam to the affected area. This may include specific X-rays to diagnose the problem accurately.
We strive to complete treatment for your emergency in one visit. As with all of our care, we will explain our treatment recommendations and answer all of your questions so that you may make an informed decision before we begin any treatments.
Payment Options to Make Your Care Accessible
It’s our goal to make getting the quality dental care you and your family need convenient and affordable. We accept private health funds and are a preferred provider with CBHS, NIB and Smile.com. We also accept the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) and will bulk-bill Medicare for eligible services. You may take advantage of our HICAPS on-the-spot claiming terminal. Other financing options include Afterpay, ZipPay, and SuperCare.
